Online booking is available for up to 8 people per session. If your group is larger than this, please contact us for a group booking. Köpmans Sauna & Spa is a private sauna and spa experience in Nauvo, Turku Archipelago. The reserved time slot is exclusively for your group throughout the booking.
We want to provide our customers with a peaceful and high-quality sauna experience where all you need to do is enjoy soft steam and the relaxing hot tub.
Booking Instructions
Arrival
- Please arrive at the exact start time of your booking (not early).
- There is a 15-minute cleaning and preparation time between bookings.
- The Sauna & Spa area will be opened for your group at the start of your slot.
- If you arrive late, the booking still ends at the scheduled time.
What to bring
- Swimsuit
- Your own slippers if desired
Towels can be easily added as an extra service when booking.
Add-on Services
You can enhance your sauna experience by adding services when booking, such as:

We prepare the add-ons before your arrival so you can focus purely on relaxing.
Rules & Cancellation Policy
Rules and safety
- No glassware allowed in the spa area.
- Shower before entering the hot tub.
- Surfaces may be slippery – move carefully.
- Always follow staff instructions.
Staff have the right to terminate the booking if safety or house rules are violated.
Drinks
Köpmans garden is a perfect spot for drinks before or after sauna. No glassware is allowed in the spa area.
Cancellations and changes
- Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time.
- After that, cancelled or no-show bookings will be charged in full.

- How many people can come?
- The sauna comfortably fits 7 people at a time. Online booking allows up to 8 persons. For larger groups, please request a separate quote.
- Is the hot tub included in all bookings?
- The hot tub is included in Day Spa and Evening Spa sessions. Morning Sauna Express includes sauna only.
- Can I add towels, snacks or drinks later?
- We recommend selecting add-ons during booking so we have time to prepare them.
- Can I arrive early and wait?
- We kindly ask you to arrive at the exact start time due to the cleaning interval between bookings.
- Can I reschedule a booking?
- Yes, free of charge if done at least 48 hours before the start time.
